Midland Funding files thousands of debt collection lawsuits a year in Arizona so it is no surprise that this article is highly read.  In this article I discuss why you should fight back against junk debt buyers.

#3 – What to Do When a Default Judgment Has Been Entered Against You (15,506)

Did you know that over 95% of debt collection lawsuits end in a default judgment?  This is because most people don’t act when they get served.  In this article I go over some of the strategies you can take if you find yourself facing a default judgment.

#4 – Case Killer: How to Defeat a Motion for Summary Judgment (6,678)
