If you live in Arizona and need to file personal bankruptcy this by far the best law firm. I went on their website and scheduled a free consult. The next day I had a 1 hour consult with Managing Attorney, John Skiba. John was extremely experienced, proffesional, and knowledgeable. He was able to clearly explain the entire process. In addition, I was assigned a paralegal to help with paperwork. The firm uses a portal called Clio where i was easily able to communicate with the entire team, and send and receive documents. Within 2 weeks my Chapter 7 case was filed which instantly stopped all creditor collection activity. About 30 days after filing we had the Creditors Meeting which was less than a 10 minute zoom call and John was on the call representing me. My case should be discharged just over 90 days from filing. Everyone i dealt with at ACLG was extremely competent, professional, and compassionate. As far as payment for legal fees, i was given the total fees upfront and then was allowed to pay over 12 very reasonable monthly payments. Every aspect of my experience was “Five-Star”. I have dealt with multiple Bankruptcy Law Firms and Arizona Consumer Law Group is clearly the best.

Found them on YouTube and realized that they also happened to be in Arizona. They made it very easy for me. They Offered a payment plan and the process to get started was very quick. I wish I’d found them instead of the last person… the last attorney told me to stop paying stuff immediately but wanted almost double the price that Consumer Law Group quoted me, and all upfront. My overall experience working this team was great. I had my doubts and had a lot of questions before I committed to anything. Jean always answered all my questions, even if had 100s of them. You have the right to bankruptcy! After I filed my credit score went down only 150 points and then back up over 600 in a couple months before my debt was even discharged. It did that because as soon as I realized I had a problem I contacted Arizona Consumer Law Group and started the process.
